{Scrapping} - Blogger wont let me give this post a title.........

This LO was a challenge where you had to use a song and the lyrics for journalling - I won a little prize pack - whoooo hooo me!!!!

Yesterday we had one of our Local Crop Days, Thanks to Narelle for organising such a wonderful day & to Monique for always helping her!!! & lending all your yummy stuff :0)

I was just a bit productive yesterday with a total of 6 LO's and one OTP project.

My favorite would have to be this one......

I also did this LO on Friday for Frans Sketch Challenge over at FA.

Not much happening today I am a bit tired since I didn't get home until I think it was just after 12. By the time I went to sleep it was after 1am.

Well I am of to do some cooking bc Salt goes back to work tomorrow and we really don't have much food for him to take! Being a Sunday it's not like I can go and get fresh bread for him for s/w.

{Grandma's Home & A Lovely Day in the Park with Friends}

Yes how exciting Grandma finally came home........ Mia & Brie were very excited to see Grandma Kay, Mia couldn't get her gumboots off quick enough & Brie really surprised me. I didn't really think she would remember her but she went straight in for the cuddle which grandma was very impressed with. Baby Alexander is just gorgeous I quickly grabbed him from Kristal for a big snuggle. Mark I can't believe how much he is like you!! Even his facial expressions. Kell (don't read the next sentence) Kristal was saying tonight that he sleeps for like 6hrs during the day.... isn't she one lucky Mum.

Today when we got there Brie was patting the chair for grandma to come and sit on and then Kay said "Do you want to come up here Brie" Brie cracks me up if your sitting somewhere she turns around backwards and backs up to you until you put her on your lap, it is very cute, well she did this to grandma and then sat there for quite a while just getting a cuddle. Mia is having a sleep over tonight I hope she goes to be early but I can't see that happening as her cousins from Melbourne have arrived and were coming over to visit. I had to leave as Brie was really tired, so I will see them all tomorrow.

Brie and I came home and as I was getting her ready for a bath she fell and hit her face & mouth on the side of the bath the poor little thing had blood coming out of her mouth and all she could do was scream. It would have really hurt. A nice warm bath with her mummy helped though. I dressed her in her PJ's and put her to bed and she went straight sleep without a sound....... She had quite a big day with the kids and only about 30mins sleep.

This is my LO for a progressive challenge that I ran over at Forever Always over the last few days.... I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with given that we all had the same instructions. Sonia even made us our own special blinkies.... there is pink everywhere in the forum.

Also here are my recycling LO's and Album that are in the current newsletter.

There is only a little bit of recycling on this LO, it is the teddy bear tag and it said Cherish - perfect embellishment.

On my happy LO I have used a nutrigrain box (for chipboard), a chicken crimpy box (for the word happy) and a satay sauce bottle (as a journaling stamp)

I have made this mini album using scratched CD's and CD/DVD envelopes.

Today I went to the park with Leah, Bec & Kerry and our 101 kids..... to join the other 101 kids that were there!!

We had a lovely day clucking over baby Caleb & little Miss Caitlin who we didn't really see much of as another clucky mum decided to steal her.

Then we headed back to Leah's to have some afternoon tea cause the $6 worth of chips between the 101 kids really didn't fill us up.

I am quite tired and about to head to bed but thought I better update the my blog for all my loyal FANS LMAO.......

{A Layout, some photos & no more for boobe' for Brie}

Here is a LO that I did last night for the CC over at Bons Scraps.

Also here are some photo's of the girls the other night with their dolls, it is funny they both have a bit of a fetish (I suppose you would call it that) with hair..... Mia will play with my hair Mary's hair - that is her doll and anyone else's for the matter. Brie will often lay on Mia and put her head on Mia's and grab her hair and stick her thumb in her mouth, it's a pity that she isn't a bit gentler about it .

Not much happening today I went for a walk with Amanda this morning Mia really wasn't impressed at all about it but I bribed her with choc chip cookies and she stayed in the pram. I cleaned up our backyard today there were toys everywhere I want to make the girls a big sandpit too, so I am going to find out where you get the big sleeper logs from and get it made asap they love playing in the sand. Now just to work on the inside of the house........ I really need to start prioritising my day.

I can't wait for my next DT parcel to arrive I think the nerves are pretty much gone now!!!

By this time tomorrow Grandma should be home Mia is going to be so excited. I said to her this morning who is going to be home tomorrow and she said MUMAAAA (that is how she says grandma and she actually calls grandad Nandad.

This little rascal has taken to pulling all her clothes out of her drawers this is how she came out of her room yesterday! She can be so cheeky sometimes you should see her run away when she knows she has something she shouldn't.....

I have just put her to bed but she is making a bit of a noise in there so I can't see her going to sleep.

Mia wasn't too bad last night she woke up at about 7pm and was back asleep at 10.15pm

Brie had her first day without any breastfeeding and handled it alright until bedtime and she turned it on a bit......she finally went to sleep about 9.30pm so just for my records she was 14months old.

Hope everyone is having a lovely time with their kids at home for the school hols. Mia is going to be quite disappointed when she realises there is no dancing or preschool for the next 2 weeks.

{Mia's First Real Drawing}

How talented is my little Mia..... She said it was a pig! This is the first time I have been able to tell what she has actually drawn.

{Ironing instead of Scrapbooking}

I don't know what is wrong with ME, today Mia went to the footy with her Dad and Brie had a 2 hr sleep and I did my ironing instead of scrapbooking?????? I need some inspiration to get scrapping again. I am sure it will come back soon.... Mia went to sleep at 5pm tonight so I am going to have a very late night with her I couldn't even stop her from going to sleep she was eating her dinner and her eyes were shut the poor little thing.

Mia was really well behaved in the church yesterday so that was good, the kids all had a great time playing together afterwards at the BBQ. We got home about 8ish and the girls were in bed as soon as I got them into their jimjams, and were both back in our bed by 3am....

{Haircut}

Yesterday Mia had her 3rd haircut in 3 years...... I am wondering when it is going to get long??? I think Brie is going to have more hair than Mia soon!

We all went to bed nice and early last night I put Borat on and fell asleep before the end of it I think Mia went to sleep about 6.45pm and Brie was asleep at 7pm only to wake up and 11pm crying and very restless I really think that it is chocolate she had a little bit of a milky bar yesterday and I had choc topping on my icecream last night and she had maybe 4 little spoonfuls. I am going to have to not let her have any at all.......

We are going to little Cooper Blacks christening today I have been telling Mia this morning that she has to sit down in the church and be very quiet, I am taking the pram for Brie as she would just try to run everywhere I would say. Lets hope Mia is well behaved.

{Last day of Term}

Wow that 10 weeks has flown, Mia got her new preschool shirt the other day so I took a photo of her last day of 2nd term this morning..... I can't believe how quick the week go buy.

I have just finished my LOVE letters this morning I woke up at 2.30am and couldn't go back to sleep so I got up and got them finished, they are going over to the Craft Cottage to show people what to they might want to do with them.

I am just about to head down the street and get my hair cut for about the first time in 8 months... The joys of having long hair. Salt has taken my car out to work today so we are going rug Brie up and walk down, I must remember to pack an extra blanket for Mia when I pick her up from preschool.

We played our second game of netball last night and I played to quarters of centre WHAT was I thinking.... I need to be taller at least then I could shoot or defend, it wasn't as bad as I thought I was definitely pooped though. So the walk today will do me good.

Not much else happening today, I am glad it isn't as windy and cold as it was yesterday.

{Pie & PJ's}

The girls have so much fun playing with this pram, Brie just love getting pushed around in it.







OMG as I am typing this, Mia is in the most HYPO mood I have ever seen her in!!! She is near bouncing off the walls...... maybe it is the medication she is on I have told her to go to bed and she just yelled back at me NO NO NO...... The little turd she definitely has a mind of her own!!

This is what I have been up too over the last 2 days cooking and staying in our PJ's..... Yesterday I woke up and we went for a walk I was feeling in the exercising mood. I don't know what happened today, I didn't want to get out of my Pajamas..... But I did, Mia and Brie didn't though as there was a PJ day at dancing today and they got to go in their PJ's.

Mia had another temp last night it was 40.1 so I took her to the doctor this afternoon and they both have throat infections and Dr Chan thinks that Brie who is all of nearly 14ms old is going to have ADHD......all because she wouldn't sit still and wanted everything on his desk and when I said no she starting crying! Gee he goes on with shit! I said to him Mia was exactly the same at this age. Oh no she wasn't he told me. I told Salt tonight when he got home from work and he reckons Mia was worse at her age, she is slowly starting to lesson so I have hope yet!

{All ready for bed}

Well the girls of the Taylor household are all bathed and in PJ's ready for bed!! (that includes me as well)

I am a bit organised today I have even made a roast for dinner. Salt will be pleased that he doesn't have to eat 6 toasted s/w again.

I think it will be an early night for us all as I stayed up till just after midnight last night scrapping this LO for the third challenge.

Well I have the girls both in tears in front of me..... Mia wants to watch the wiggles and Brie just goes out in sympathy for her when she crys.

{Friday & Saturday}

Brie has learnt to spin around this is the photo I got of her doing it today! She has also been very naught smacking her sister and when I tell her not to do it she walks over and gives her a kiss......... Mia has totally taught her to do this bc she will hit Brie and then when I rouse she kisses her and says SORRY BIRIEEEE!

I played golf on Friday, I had the best day - you don't realise how much you miss something until you start doing it again.... When Kay comes home I am going to start playing golf on Sundays again! *hehehe I sure you won't mind having the girls Grandma*

Last night we had the CC for Forever Always and it was great lots of new faces participating, thanks Leah, Briony, Kelly & I am sure I saw Skye's name browsing the forum....

These are 2 of my LO's for the challenges. Today there is a bonus challenge we have to take photos of our day and pick the fave photo and then there will be a vote.... this is mine from today.

Mia was quite sick yesterday & last night with a temp Salty said she didn't move all day and was still the same when I came home from golf..... she stayed like this until about midnight last night and then decided she was hungry! I had given her some jelly and custard earlier in the night and also making sure she was drinking lots of lemonade & of course the nurofen was brought out in full force. She woke up fine this morning so that was good.

Salty has just eaten 6 toasted sandwiches for dinner the big pig!!!

{The Next 6 Months}

I woke up this morning to find a very happy email from Sonia asking me if I would like to stay on as a Guest Designer for Forever Always for the next 6 months......

OF COURSE I WOULD!!!!!

Thankyou Sonia for asking me it has made my day, week.... next 6 months! :o)

Now to go completely off the subject.... Brie makes me laugh, she over the last few weeks she has taken to pointing at something and saying whhats dthat as you can imagine coming from a 1 y old, so I tell her what it is I think she is pointing too. If I guess correctly she say OHH if I am wrong she just keeps saying whhats dthat. It is very cute, every night before bed she points to her huge framed photo of herself and says whhats dthat I say Thats Brie...... OHH she says.

Brie is just growing up so quickly Mia has just woken up and is laying on the lounge watching Dora so I put a blanket over her and Brie just went up and pulled the blanket off her and said BOO! Mia wasn't impressed......

This is my Scrapbooking Sketches Aussie Style LO. Mel Goodsell did this great sketch, I just loved it.

Here is my LO for the 3rd challenge from the 123 CC I really really love this one.

You had to use Grey, Red & White colours, a photo from the 80's ( I am assuming I am between 18months and 3 years old here, & the 3rd criteria was to use either kitchen string or glitter I stuck with the glitter!!

I played golf this morning I haven't played 18 holes of golf in ages..... it was a lovely day and I went all right on the first 9 with a 49 but went to pieces on the back 9 and had a 57 (whoops) I ended up having 76 Net I think.

Salt stayed home with the girls, he did have some work to do but it wasn't that important and I needed practice before Friday as I am playing in a Pennants day.

Happy Birthday Kell, hope you had a great day!!! Even if Bryce woke you up at 6am *Giggle*

This is a photo of the girls last night, Mia has taken to making beds for Brie to sleep in, so she got the pooh bear lounge out and Brie's pillow and said lay down Birieeee (this is how it sounds when Mia says Brie). So Brie lays down for her and Mia tucks her in and she say "Take a photo MUM" before I could get a photo of Brie........ Mia jumps in and aren't they SWEET!!!!!

I have been scrapping today I have nearly finished Mel Goodsell's sketch which I am just loving I really really like the way it has turned out. The rest of the stuff is a secret until the end of the month. I am just trying to find a photo of me in the 80's and I can make a start to the challenges for the 123 Cyber Crop.

This friday night Forever Always is having their Cyber Crop for the month, I hope a few of you girls come and join in on the fun!!! The prizes are excellent.

Today we went to dancing and playgroup so it was a busy morning which was good, Brie came home and slept until just after 4.... Mia was tired but because I was scrapping she decided to come in a scrap with me.

Look MUM I scrapping booking she says to me it sounds cute. This is what she has been scrapping she just keeps adding and adding to it!! BUT it keeps her occupied while I scrap so I let her go.

While I am sitting her typing I have been listening to "The Nation" on WIN it has made me laugh a few times so I might have to watch it again next week.

Only 2 more weeks and Mia's grandma will be home, I can't wait to see what Mia does when Kay gets home..... Mia misses her grandma soooo much so not too many sleeps now! and of course we will get to meet baby Alex - Mia will love that too.

Well not much else is happening so I will say goodnight to you all and leave you with a photo from Mia tonight I am sure Brie is wondering what her sister is up too when she starts taking photo's of her. :o)

{Brie}

Brie, is not a happy camper this weekend..... All she has done is cry & whinge and cry some more! We went over to Kristin & Troy's yesterday and she cried for at least 45mins of the hour we were there I am not sure what is wrong with her so I will just blame teeth/

needles. Last night I put her to bed at 7.30 and she was up at 9 crying as soon as I picked her up she snuggled in and went back to sleep, so I put her back to bed and she woke up straight away crying so I pick her up AGAIN and cuddled her and she snuggled in and went to sleep.... so I put her in my bed and this is what she did. She woke up at midnight crying and 4.30 screaming..... Mia also woke up at 4.30 in tears because she wanted a new motorbike!!! She must have been having a nice dream.

She loves her little doggy, it is so cute.

I have altered this skirt/pant hanger, so I can hang up my fav LO easily. I also did one with a wire coathanger but I need to buy some bigger clips so I can attach the LO too it.

Mia has just tried to burn the house down...... I just looked up from the computer to see smoke coming from the kitchen, she has turned a hotplate on and burnt my hotplate cover!!!! Grrrrrrrrr
